Lore: It were the early days of Runeterra when a creature, as tiny as a mouse, went on a search for a safe spot to sleep. It lived in a forest which was and still is located in the now as Ionia known landscape. The little being followed a flow of magic to its origin. Unfortunately, the source was a rune hidden under leaves and branches. Although the creature is only able to live by consuming magic, it has never sensed or even consumed such a powerful magic. It didn´t take too long for the magic to corrupt the creature and eventually consume its body.

The creature was dead. Its soul was free. But splitted in two.

Just in this moment the magic, which killed the tiny creature, gave it also new life. Each soul was a new creature with a different body and different powers. But they couldn´t withstand this dimension for long. They searched for safety in another reality. One which exists in almost every creature. Without this reality they would die sooner or later. They live within the dreams of those who are sleeping.

One concerned to protect this dimension. The other concerned to devour it.

Passive: Som Num gets a shield after casting a spell (shield value stacks with his E)

Q: Som Num fires a missile which damages/heals the first unit hit (enemy minions block the missile from traveling further). Som Num teleport itself to the unit if the target is a champion (including allies if the missile traveled at least half of the distance).

W: Som Num charges for 2 seconds energy. Movement speed and attack speed of enemies get reduced (builds slowly up). Enemies which were standing at least 1 second in the area of effect fall asleep for two seconds (sleeping is similar to a stun, except damage or other cc wakes the target up).

E: Som Num creates a shield for his target. Allies can click on the target to travel within the shield (the shield can carry only one ally). They can´t cast spells (except dashes) nor autoattack while being in the shield. They leave the shield with a movement command (right click, flash, tp (can be cannceled if enemies cc the shield wearer), any dash).

Allies within the shield can´t be directly focused but they take 30% of single target damage and 100% of aoe damage dealt to the shield wearer (the shield wearer still takes 100% damage).

R: Som Num enchants the rift giving it similarities to the dimension Som Num lives in. Champions can dash to each other (distance 300 units / 2 seconds cooldown/ through right or left click) and one more ally (two more/three more at skill level 2/3) can enter the shield (E). The enchantment lasts for 8 seconds and the effects are weaker for enemies.

The textures of the map (including towers/minions/monsters) change to a colorful (dreamy theme).

First off I really like the theme going on here. I think that the splitting in two makes no sense though and also conflicts with kindreds lore a little bit. I also dont like any of the abilities, however I really like the dream state idea. What if instead its passive was that when it is out of combat it enters the dream state being visible but invoulnerable. Make this guy a sort of mini game type champion like bard who collects dreams that (wander) around the map. Dreams give him a power of some sort.
