What's most useful to Riot's design process?

Riot,

I love the complex systems of this game, and find the literary/storytelling aspect of lore and identity fascinating as well. So I know I'm terrible at this game, but I still love it. And Riot is about to change my favorite piece: Diana .

Diana was the first champion in league that really 'clicked' for me. So, perhaps unavoidably I have ideas about how I think might keep aspects of Diana I enjoy while changing up her kit to compete a bit better. What is the best way to communicate those? Should I post a full-blown rework wall of text? Ability touch-ups? Just wait for the PBE and make suggestions based on the PBE rework? Accept that I'm bad, have no idea what I'm talking about, and should leave the discussion to the more reddit-savvy knowledgeable? Does it basically come down to good writing and presentation of ideas?

Basically is there a way I can maximize any usefulness of my feedback and ideas to the design team?

Cheers, DQD
