Champion Name: Idk if Darkins have a rule for naming like the void so I'm leaving this blank. Champion Title: The Tormented one

Abilities:

  • Passive:Burden of pain: (name) Does not gain attack, def, or mr from items or leveling up or items, instead being set at a fixed 50/75/100/125 attack, 25 def and 25 mr. Items that give attack, def or mr instead increase his max health by a formula(maybe something like normal health, with 25% of bonus attack, 25% of bonus def and 30-35% of bonus MR adding to a multiplier onto his health. Basically being normal for him end game to have around 10k-15k health, maybe more. His base attack will rise by 25/30/35/40% of the damage he has taken in the last 2.75/3.5/4.25/5 seconds, scaling up with each level of his ult. Items and masteries that scale off of his health are 40% as effective(grasp of the undying, face of the mountain, etc.) This number will show below his health instead of a mana bar, filling the lower bar, with it being full at 20% of his max health lost in 2.75-5 seconds dependant on this passive. This "pain theshold" gets fully drained whenever he uses a basic ability,
  • Q:(name) skewers the air in three directions in front of him(think a short range tf Q) applies a bleed effect if hit by one, and a 30-50 slow for 1 second if hit by multiple(by being next to him), bleed increases by up to 100% depending on his pain threshold, and at full pain threshold multiple hits instead stun for 1.5 seconds. : ad scaling, 8-6 second cooldown by level
  • W: (name) tethers himself to a enemy or ally, transferring damage between them. (probably around darius apprehend range for an enemy, blitz hook range for an ally. 3-7% damage transferred from him to a enemy, 10-25% from an ally to him) 20 second cooldown, starts when used, increasing by up to 50% depending on how full his pain threshold is. Passively gives him 5-25% lifesteal
  • E:(name) dashes forward a short-medium distance, and gains 100-500 attack range, dependent on how full his pain threshold is. 12-8 second cooldown. scales with ad.
  • R: (name) awakens his torment, taking 5/10/15% of his max health per second in damage but taking 50/70/90% less damage while being active.

Recommended Summoner Spells: -Flash -Teleport/exhaust Recommended Build -Start: Dorans shield, relic shield -Full Game Build: Mostly tank items, but attack items that add effects such as hydra work wonders as well.

If I forgot anything just ask I was bored at work so I spent a lot of thought on this as I worked, so I'll probably know the answer.

So it isn't particularly a bad idea but you'd definitely have to change the ratios. You'd just build armor/mr along with a little attack speed. 25% of 10k is 2500 so even if they can only chip through 2000 health he'd still be doing 500 damage per hit.

If he had 10k health late game he would be in kill able.
