2 ideas: teemo's poison/blind antidote, IP boost giving

Hi,

2 ideas I had are

an antidote item for blinds and poisons - could work 3 times like other potions and fill on return to base.

also, giving IP boosts to others. when we get an AFK on the team, it sucks and it feels bad for me and others. i think it'd be nice if we could buy each other a 1 day IP boost so that the sting of dealing with disconnecters and giver upers is lessened
