The One Man Army
Passive: Target Lock Every consecutive basic attack against the same target grants a stack of Target Lock, granting OMA 5/6/7/8% attack speed (levels 1/6/11/16), but lowering his damage against the target by 3% per stack. Target Lock caps at 6 stacks, and all stacks are lost upon attacking a new target or not attacking for 5 seconds.
Q: Concussive Grenade (850 range, 16/14/12/10/8 second cooldown, 70/80/90/100/110 mana) Lobs a grenade that deals 100/125/150/175/200 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage to all units in a 250 radius, and knocks them back to the explosion's edge.
W: Impact Barrier (12/11/10/9/8 second cooldown, 100/110/120/130/140 mana) For the next 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, no incoming attack may deal more than 10% of OMA's maximum health. This ability does not effect true damage or turrets, and is not affected by CDR.
E: Battle Fury (7 second cooldown, 40/45/50/55/60 mana) Passive: OMA gains 10% movement speed when moving towards enemies tagged with Target Lock. Active: For 3 seconds, gain a burst of 10/15/20/25/30% movement speed decaying over the duration, and apply 2 stacks of Target Lock with every attack.
R: Til it Goes Click (140/110/70 second cooldown, 100/120/140 mana) For up to 6/8/10 seconds, OMA gains 100/150/200 attack range, the maximum attack speed from Target Lock, disables the damage reduction from Target Lock, and is slowed by 15%. During this time, he automatically attacks the 2 closest enemies, prioritizing champions, and may move while attacking. He is unable to cast his Q and E during this time. This ability can by canceled early by reactivating it, and is canceled if hit with CC that prevents ability casting.
My idea behind this champion was to make a Marksman that would be at their peak when facing hard hitting champions such as Graves, Jhin, Draven, etc., but suffer against fast attacking enemies like Kog'Maw, Vayne, or Ashe. I felt like a champ like this would thrive when going on the offensive, choosing the right time to use his abilities in order to survive burst and keep fighting.
