The Slad1 votesI don't think so. the championship skins are exclusively for people who are gold or higher at the end of the season.
Sythox1 votesno that are the Victorious Skins. The chamionship skins like championship thresh and riven were only avaiable to LCS. so was championship thresh avaiable to LCS 2013 and championship riven 2012. Let's see what comes 2014 maybe championship thresh comes back ;) but i don't promise anything
The Slad1 votesOK I was mistaken, thanks for clarifying things. But they are still event exclusive skins not Legacy skins, right?
Aamano1 votesChampionship Skins, like the Harrowing and Snowdown Showdown Skins were 'Limited Edition'
Riot has those as a separate category than 'Legacy Skins'
no Limited Skins are returning for this event
Deep Terror Nami1 votesIt's available through the Mystery Skin self-purchase. I bought a lot of Mystery Skins the last 2 times it came around (got Championship Thresh the first time), it seems like legacy/limited skins available this way have a higher chance of being obtained than normal skins (I got a TON of winter skins this last time) so next time, buying Mystery Skins is your best bet.

A completely serious, totally legit question for Riot.
