When chaos returned to Piltover after the mad girl Jinx initial crime spree, many had taken the opportunity to pillage and steal, while others try to get ahead of their rivals by any mean necessary. Someone has been destroying the scientific achievements of the citizens of Piltover. Caitlyn can only assume that this is the work of a Zaunite, but the perpetrator still eludes her.

Passive - Hextech Ammunition Every 3 points of Bonus AD gives Spectre 1 point of AP, and every 6 points of AP give Spectre 1 point of AD. (Does not stack with itself)

Q - Arcane Bullets (Pistol) (Toggle) | 30 Mana | No CD Spectre's auto attacks are changed to magical damage and deal 12/14/16/18/20(+15% AP) bonus damage Shoot (Rifle) | Range: 1500/2000/2500/3000 | 50 Mana | 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 second CD Spectre fires his rifle as a skill shot dealing 50/75/100/125 (+45% AP) magic damage to the first enemy unit hit. The rifle is loud and can be heard by enemy champions within range at time of firing. The closer they are to Spectre, the louder the sound. Range and Damage are increased by leveling up Hextech Rifle.

W - Parkour (Pistol) | Range: 300 | 50 Mana | 11/10/9/8/7 second CD Spectre leaps in a target direction. If he hits a unit, he jumps over that unit and lands 300 units on the other side, if it is an enemy unit he deals 40/70/100/130/160(+20% bonus AD) physical damage, knocks them back a short distance, and slows them by 50%. If he hits a wall, he jumps off the wall 300 units away. His direction is determined by the angle of reflection. (If he jumps at the wall with a 45 degree angle relative to the normal, he will bounce off at a 45 degree angle on the other side. If he jumps perpendicular to the wall, he goes back in the same direction.) Explosive Rounds (Rifle) | 100 Mana | 18/16/14/12/10 second CD For the next 12 seconds, the next three shots taken by Spectre's Rifle deal an additional 55/60/65/70/75 (+50% AP) magic damage to the primary target and 50% overall damage to surrounding units. Goes on CD after 12 seconds, all shots are taken, or Hextech Rifle is toggled.

E - Stelath Field | Duration: 5/6/7/8/9 seconds | 100 Mana | 30/28/26/24/22 second CD Spectre releases a small drone that projects a small field that stealths him and his allies

R - Hextech Rifle (Toggle) Gained at level 1, level up at 6/11/16 Spectre goes prone and deploys his rifle, disabling his auto attacks and changing some of his abilities. 1 second channel
