New Skin For Qiyana in the next 2-4 patches

Put Simply Qiyana is a ruler of some sort, so why not be a Playground Queen. She can have her Tri-Spike hoop be a hula hoop. Of course the hula hoop changes colors based on the elements of life we so dearly know, River, Wall, and Grass. Her dash to decide the element can just be Qiyana using the hoop as a jump rope and flipping through it, simple as that. Her dash to enemy can be the normal Qiyana dash. Her Q is pretty self Explanatory. Her ult can be a shock wave or a fast moving ball that she kicks to give it the desired curve that the original ult has. If it passes through the river it is Blue Hop Scotch squares where it passed through, having the stun effect. The same for the wall, when the Shock wave/ball hits a wall then the explosion plus Red Hop Scotch Squares spreads all along the the wall until the reach of the ult ends. Super Simple but a Great little skin. Riot has been making super cool skins, that of course cost quite a bit, but they haven't been making fun little ones lately. For example Pizza Delivery Sivir, Birdio, Pugmaw and the toy set are the most recent fun little ones they made, and they didn't cost an awful lot. A playground set would be a great addition to the fun.
