WHEN WILL HELMET BRO BE ADDED??/??/?/??///? / Riot accepting champ concepts

I had nothing better to do, so I decided to look around the lol forums. I remembered hearing the name of a champion concept 'helmet bro' somewhere (I think when I was reading a discussion about gragas' new splash) so I searched it up. HOLY PHREAK HELMET BRO LOOKS AMAZING. Do you think Riot will ever add a champion concept? I know that creating a concept takes a VERY long time, but I was wondering if there may be a chance that riot will use our suggestions? If they didn't, why is it called Skin & CHAMPION Concepts? I know Braum drew inspiration from Agnus, (I think that's what he was called) but I'm talking about implementing a fan made champ into the game. Thank you for reading!
