Give us a new malzahar skin

Can you guys please give us a legendary malzahar skin. I would purchase the snow day one, but it can't be purchased...Not sure why you guys did this. Either make a legendary skin or take off the restriction on the snow day skin. Wtf, why put a lock on it???
