Its just to give the Ultimate skins a better feel and a make them a more unique buy.

Barbwired Mind2 votesWell, the last thing you want is someone else with their own backround music. Sona alone will be the only one with this unique option, because if Sivir had her own music then it would simply overlap sona's if there happens to be someone in the same match with that skin etc.
This also explains why they said DJ sona's songs can only be heard by YOUR team; Reason? There can only be 1 Sona on 1 team. same concept for anyone else who gets musical skin concepts. I just thought i'd mention this, i thought of it as soon as i saw the comment, not to be mean i just thought it would make a lot of sense and answer some questions. :)
