Make a way to buy Summoner icons with IP

There needs to be a way to use IP for summoner icons. Make it like 5000-6000 IP for 1 icon so its not to easy Riot please ; _ ;

(Note i do know there has been in the past but at the moment there's none. And when i say make summoner icons buy-able with IP i mean every icon)
