Sir Raka, The Celestial Paladin (Skin) / Armour of the New Age Soraka

Concept for a legendary/ultimate skin inspired by one of the most unique champions in the game, Taric. After seeing characters in non-canonical styled skins, (Project, Demonblade Tryndamere) this skin is what would happen if Soraka killed Warwick when he tricked her. Her powers instead are lost entirely, and she is forced to find new ways to protect people.

The idea is a combat ready Soraka, replacing her staff with a spear and her robes with full, plate-like armour. (Think warden colours but shaped more like Defender Leona) Instead of forcing the theme on her when it clearly feels a bit off for this character, we keep her peaceful demeanor and style. No harsh scars or blackened metal, just a celestial coping after her fall from grace. The skins relies on a sort of different outlook on Soraka, where instead of her punishment being physical, she also loses the majority of her abilities. Similar to Taric, she stays a defender, not a battlemage.

Abilitiy effects (purely cosmetic flavour text, relies on the spear having a gem at the bottom) Auto Attack - A few ideas

• She could fire a "laser" through the bottom similar to Lux's wand
• She could inexplicably be able to aa like Azir
• The blade itself could be a different coloured gem, or metal which glows and releases a projectile. Q - Instead of dropping a star, Soraka would extend her arm to point at the target location with the tip of her spear, signalling a catapult to fire a boulder. W - Soraka employs the famous gem knight's methods and taps her spear against the ground. The crystal on the bottom illuminates and her allies are healed. E - Soraka throws a jar of black oil, making it difficult to walk through, and dangerous to remain inside. R - Soraka grips the spear in both hands, slamming the crystal into the ground. Her allies are all simultaneously reinvigorated. Recall - Specifically should be unobtrusive to the magic-less theme. Similar to Gangplank sitting on a stool it would merely be representative of her personality, without giving legitimate reason as to why she is teleporting.

This skin and these abilities put Soraka thematically in a position where she is the one asking for help. Which, as it goes without saying we don't see much. Personality-wise Default Soraka isn't quite cocky, but she is confident. This would be a mentally more vulnerable interpretation without giving her reason to seem cowardly or scared.

Also we could really use some more representation for "Gem magic" , as it seems largely ignored by other champions. With Taric's VU on the distant horizon this would also be a good time to prepare for characters to have unique quotes in relation to him.
