Converting Essences?
Can this be a thing? There's people who have all the champions already and want the skins they get from chests, and those who want to get blue essence for their champion shard or next mastery badge.

It would cause issues due to the ability to buy champion shards with IP. You could basically in a round about way convert IP to skins. As for needing blue essence, as said, buying and breaking apart champion shards is already available.
