When I first started playing league...
Finish that sentence.
there wasn't bots on our team in co-op vs. AI that run down mid and blindly take damage and disconnect after 6 or more deaths

from levels 1-16 played exclusively
with full attack speed and did not know that right click was both attack and move, but thought left click was for attacking and right for only moving, thus resulting in me never auto attacking which made attack speed pointless
for 16 levels
I see why I'm bronze
Regeneration Bead was OP.
Just build tons of them and profit from insane hp regen.
######Of course, I was dead wrong.
I was treated like a celebrity for just always calling "Support".
there was our lord and saviour, AP master yi.
I only played with my mouse because i had no idea what hotkeys were and i tought i always had to click the icons to use abilities.
I had to play with a shitty satellite internet connection. Was the most stable connection in the world... at 3000 ms ping.
Also Nocturne had just come out. Such a wonderful time to try and learn the game.
I just built health and armor because I didn't know what the other stuff did.
People were somewhat nicer. More willing to help out.
The jungle looked more like a forest.
I didn't worry about "meta" and everything felt fair.
Leblanc made me have nightmares
Built like 3
and no boots
because "OMG 100 AP? OP OP!!"
the devourer enchantment was still a thing and the ghost dog was the most badass thing in the game
I played with a trackpad

... we still had the old Summoner's Rift. Also, I saw Ryze (1st rework) and said: "This is my champion. I won't play anyone but Ryze forever".
there were people who would play garen and build nothing but dorans blades.
with revive, because revive was op when you died over and over again.
I didn't know what top/mid/bot meant and mained support karthus before i even knew what 'support' was.
I built
and
on
so I could stay alive longer and thus pull off more damage.
######please don't report me
When I first started League back in beta, I got rofl stomped in my first game vs a Jax as Yi, little did I know 3 years later in 2012 when I met one of my current best friends, I found out it was his brother. Whom i told thanks for the beating q.q
There was no real meta, games were 212 with adc mid (almost exclusively Ashe) and the only one daring to go into the jungle was Warwick. The game was terribly broken with Crit chance masteries and dodge chance runes.
Philosopher's Stone and Heart of Gold. The age when being a support meant you stacked Gp10 items, boots, and wards. Literally all you had the income for at the time.
I build Warmogs on Garen first item, could stay in lane forever.
I had no idea what ones doing...top Garen was all I would play. No idea how to win lane, and even less idea when to group...it was terrible.
I built tri force warmogs rfc statik shiv twitch because CDR attack speed and health op. I built full thornmail Rammus because synergy.
i played garen and only built warmongs
i had no clue how to play
Would stack as much life steal as humanly possible...........on everyone...
Lowest graphics. Duo top. Duo bot. Anything goes. Evelynn/Nautilus top. Evelynn/Jarvan IV bot. Fizz and Leblanc gave me nightmares. My twitch with madred's bloodrazor and Surge/Heal would shred 5 warmogs Nasus and nobody understood why. (It was the prelude to blade of the ruined king - it did less on hit damage but gave a lot higher stats and also dealt magic damage) Also Urgot was a tank.
The jungle didn't get mangled every season and the map looked like the one of old
The junglers went from happy to crying in pain.
I started playing at the end of season 4, before i hit lv 30 the jungle changes came in. Everyone was complaining about how hard the jungle became, having never actually jungled for my first 20 or so levels I was on pretty even footing with the other junglers simply because they had expectations about their jungle clear that would mess them up while I had no idea why they were complaining. It was still easier than laning after all.
Build max attack speed. Attack fast - more damage. Was buying hp pots all time - even at end of game. Had 5 of those at any point of the game. When first tried Teemo, thought he's AD, never knew about tooltips and was playing him AD max attack speed only...
######still worked smh
i built 2
on mf just cuz i wanted to attack fast
Gunblade, Berserker Grieves, Blood Thirster, Phantom Dancer, Ravenous Hydra Riven build
