Better AFK buster?

I've played 6 games straight with someone always going afk. They dont go afk as soon as the game starts. They always have a fight with a teammate then go afk. There has to be a way to punish players like that more harsh then right now. These are ranked games, and yes it is at lower elos and we all know rito doesnt care about us but maybe they might consider even looking into this post? Its aggravating getting in about 15-20 minutes and then someone afk or feeds then afk. Why does everyone have to suffer for someone else and their toxicity? Punishments has to be harsher and enforced more.
