Shen has been around for quite some time now and I'm disappointed to see that he still lacks a skin that has good particle effects WITH voiceover. Don't get me wrong, pulsefire shen is an amazing skin but there was so much that could've been of that skin that wasn't

So you mean a Legendary? It just happens when it happens. They have to get what they feel is the right concept.
Inner flames1 votesbut like look at pulsefire shen, it could have easily been given a voice over without changing anything else
Sukishoo1 votesBut they didn't go into the skin with the idea of making it a Legendary, as only Legendary and Ultimate's get new voice over. Plus it lacks everything else that would make it a Legendary (i.e. New animations for abilities)
