Tahm Kench Surprise Birthday Skin

This sparked from my sheer desire to see tahm kench burst out of a cake at the end of his ult, with equal chance of there being more than one jumping out of the cake with kench i think you would be quite surprised at their sudden appearance.

considering the gluttonous nature of kench it does not strike me as too far fetched to see him jump out of a cake to celebrate a successful gank.

his ult already makes quite a bit of noise and draws attention so why not spawn a cake at the end of his trip for him to burst out of with streamers and party poppers flying.
