[Bug] Champ select timer inaccurate
The timer was counting down and kicked me from select when i had 5 secs remaining on timer,

This just happened to me too. Now I have a 6 minute (?) wait to join a queue. I even had a champ selected the whole time, I just pressed the confirm button with 5 seconds to spare then I was kicked from the room.
What an infuriating thing to happen. I did notice that Riot know about it and in 6.4 they are fixing it.
