Heimerdinger skins

Hey Riot,

The last time you released a Heimerdinger skin was back in 2014 with Hazmat Heimerdinger. Alien Invader Heimerdinger is our Legendary and it could seriously use an update.

I know he isn't a crazy popular Champion but it would be awesome if you would throw us Heimer mains a bone and give us a new skin (or two). I've actually seen him getting banned with more frequency this week because the newer selections of Runes give him more viability.

I love the idea of a Heimerdinger based on a famous scientist like Einstein, Sir Isaac Newton, Darwin, Edison, or Bell. He could throw a telephone or an apple or whatever based on the scientist. Heimer based on Bob Ross throwing paint brushes and holding a wooden paint palette would be pretty funny but most people probably wouldn't get it.

Super Galaxy Heimerdinger could be very cool.
