Really, Rito? I'll just leave this board here and welcome everyone's opinions on our buddy, Ekko, already receiving a second skin while other champions are stuck in the shadow realm for what seems like all of eternity.

who specifically are you mad about not getting a skin?
Riot has said plenty of times that skin releases are not solely determined by such factors as Champ popularity/strength or the number of skins they have. If it fits the theme, they'll probably make a skin for it. Sometimes this means that Champs get a lot of skins in total, or some get two skins in a short time frame.
