Ranked in Bronze for Flex

These new ranked changes placed me in Iron 1 after my placements (lmao I know wtf) I'm now at bronze but I'm ALWAYS playing against plat/high gold players. It's normal for me, as that's my normal elo, but I'm just trying to climb up and this isn't where I should be ranked at, clearly. Is this how it's going to be for every player attempting to rank up this season? Really hope there's some better matchmaking in the future because even for myself, it'll be tough climbing if I'm already against players at my skill level. Every lobby feels like I queued for a ranked 3v3.
