I can't believe google doesn't even provide something similar to what I want. Teemo Satan is so intrinsically tied with LoL I expected there to be tons of artwork out there already. I wish I was an artist...

Bloodmoon Teemo? The mask would give him a demonic look. I think Teemo really needs more serious skins though. Riot really went overboard with the cute adorable stuff on him. That's why I was SO happy when Omega Squad Teemo was released. Other cool ideas for Teemo skin: Secret Agent/Special Ops Teemo Captain/Bilgewater Teemo Hallowed/Haunted Teemo (has a teemo lantern for a head and plants them as shrooms) Assassin/Ninja Teemo Sandstorm Teemo

I don't mean to flame you, but I get the notion that you aren't that familiar with the entire historical aspect of the Satan figure. I'd hardly call it too extreme, unless you expect that everyone else perceives it through such a narrow, religious view. There are plenty of things in this game that offend the sensibilities of others.

That being said, I'm in no way attached to Teemo as Satan specifically, and I'd half expect the skin to be titled Infernal Teemo, which honestly sounds a lot cooler to me anyways.
