Passive Scanner Sweep Each time Kolchak uses a spell, the casting range of each spell as well as his sight range increase by 2%. This stacks up to 10/12/14 times. Stack:

Q Apollo Collider: Kolchak channels energy from his core to his front cannon, and after 5 seconds it is ready to fire. Casting this again puts it in his queue. On his next attack, when next in queue, Kolchak turns to his enemy and fires a massive energy beam at his target. It explodes on contact dealing massive damage and to all enemies in an AoE and reducing the magic resistance of the target. However, using this disables his weapons for 3 seconds. Mana Cost (first cast): 50 Mana Cost (second cast): 125/120/115/110/105 Magic Damage: 125/215/305/395/485 (+11% of AP) Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 seconds Cast Range: 1000

W Planetary Bombardment: Kolchak commands several torpedoes to be loaded into his batteries. Casting this again puts in his queue. On his next attack, all batteries fire on random enemies in an AoE around his target.
Mana Cost (first cast): 50 Mana Cost (second cast): 50 Magic Damage: 25/55/85/115/145 (+25% of AP) each shot Cooldown: 10 seconds Cast Range: 875 This acts like Kennen's ultimate.

E **Sky Knight Armada:**Kolchak assembles several long range drones. Casting this again puts one into his queue. On his next attack Kolchak sends his drone to a target to release a payload dealing magic damage. The drone returns to Kolchak, but each drone can be destroyed by enemies. Mana Cost (first cast): 25 Subsequent Mana Cost: 25 Magic Damage: 25/40/55/70/85 (+75% of AP) Cast Range: 1600

R Behemoth Reactor: (Passive) Kolchak upgrades his core to more efficiently use energy. This increases his maximum speed which is over time achieved as he keeps moving. Kolchak's ship gains a permanent shield which absorbs damage. Once destroyed it returns after a cooldown. Max Speed Boost: 25/45/65% Shield Strength: 600/750/900 (+15% of AP) Cooldown: 100 seconds

I envision Kolchak to pilot a massive battle cruiser which was once the flagship of a great fleet, but fell and has become abysmal.

Kolchak's ship while containing futuristic technology has elements of being ultra modern, it still is largely medieval. Imagine, an medieval knight that wields a light saber, and apply that principal to the design of the ship. Imagine a hovering aircraft carrier powered by diesel engines that pump out clouds of soot.

The overall design is dual usage. It is equipped with massive batteries (guns), and an airstrip for aircraft.

Kolchak is extremely slow and has very low starting health, regeneration, and health gain. This is remedied by giving him high armor, and his spells have very low cooldowns as well as long range and high damage. Kolchak is an AP carry and all his spells deal magic damage.

Lastly, Kolchak does not have an auto attack. He gains this through spells. All of his spells are "on next attack" type. Each time Kolchak casts a spell, it goes into a queue and fires when ready.

Kolchak's spells do not interrupt movement except Apollo Collider when it fires.
