Since this was deleted from the feedback forum, trying it here.
I like the new splash art you guys are rolling out, but you are changing a already perfect splash art for Janna and replacing it with one that is nowhere near as good as the current. No offense to the artist who spent hours on it, but I feel the current Janna splash art is far superior to the one you guys want to give her. Everyone on the patch notes page agreed, keep the original!

The previous one http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2011/233/1/2/lol___janna_by_knockwurst-d47f8w9.jpg doesn't match up to the newer art of say Riven (who was one of the early ones to get this newer style) http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Riven_0.jpg so that's why they changed it as well. They are trying to continue bringing the art up in levels. All of the champions will have updated art eventually cause a lot of them are very outdated.
Then in comparison to several others just recently updated such as http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Ezreal_0.jpg?v=419 http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Gragas_0.jpg?v=419 hhttp://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Graves_0.jpg?v=419 I'd rather have http://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/img/champion/splash/Janna_0.jpg?v=419 then http://fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2011/233/1/2/lol___janna_by_knockwurst-d47f8w9.jpg as the old doesn't look anything like those.
Neodarkside3 votesI think it does. Compared to Janna's original skin and well the rest of the original champions old skins, it still fits the style. Its colors are not as bright and vibrant but Janna herself looks better in her former splash art than the new one. The smile, her hair, the look in her eyes are to put it bluntly, beautiful. The current Janna, looks dull and boring. Her eyes look lifeless, no smile, her pose doesn't appeal to what Janna is, namely the wind. her clothing and hair has movement but she herself is just sitting there holding a staff. The original shows action, movement. So I'm sorry, I still think her original is far better in terms of artwork. The other new splash arts are incredible, especially Shaco. The artist really captured Shaco's sinister aspect, but for Janna... I think the artist missed on alot of things about Janna.
And yes, I understand everyone has preference, and I am just stating mine. I just liked her original skin better :(
Shattered Light1 votesI feel like this is the same issue we had with Lux. People are saying they appreciate Janna getting a new, sharper splash; but there's an awkward face and pose going on that needs adjusting.
