Option for spectating

When waiting for friends to log on, or just have down time, I like spectating games that are playing. However, the system likes giving me games 10-15 minutes in and always ranked modes. I would like to see a feature that allows us to choose between various modes being played, like ARAM, TT, normal, ranked etc, as well as time limit for how long into the game it is. Watching a game 15 minutes in isn't as fun as catching it in the early few minutes.
