Champion Concept: Pthagyro, The Cosmic Chaos

Squishy No mana 400 base movement speed Rivals: A. Sol, Kindred Friends: Swain, Aatrox
Passive, "Let's have some fun": For every second an enemy champion is within 1300 units of Pthagyro and is visible, Pthagyro gains 1 stack of "Cognitive Climatization". For every 1 stack, his ult duration is increased by .01 seconds, maxing at 100 stacks. Stacks decay 1 per every 1.5 seconds and are set to 0 after Pthagyro ults. Pthagyro has no basic attack.
Q, "Opposite Day": Pthagyro channels for up to 4.5 seconds, then extends his arm for up to 450 units (100 units per second q is channeled), if it hits an enemy champion their inputs are reversed for .4/.5/.6/.7/.8 seconds (q, w, e, r becomes r, e, w, q and movement input is reversed as well). Does not go through minions/monsters. 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 second cooldown. Pthagyro can move while channeling.
W, "Omni-powerful": Pthagyro jumps into friendly wards up to 150 units away and can either stay or he can travel to another nearby ward up to 600/650/700/750/800 units away. W has no cooldown but traveling to another ward has a cooldown of 10 seconds. If the ward is destroyed or expires while Pthagyro is still in it, he is stunned for 5 seconds. Removes stealth from stealth wards for 10 seconds. Abilities cannot be cast while inside wards.
E, "Second Chances": Cancels whatever ability was just cast as long as it didn't hit an enemy champion and the animation is still in progress, reducing the cooldown of that ability to .5 seconds. Second Chances cooldown is for however long the canceled ability's cooldown was. Second Chances cannot be cast on summoner spells or Omni-powerful.
R, "Bodies are Hilarious": Pthagyro channels for 1 second, then shoots a hypnotic beam out of his eye (1000 units). If the beam hits an enemy champion facing towards Pthagyro, he jumps into their body, becoming untargetable and possessing the champion for .5/1/1.5 seconds(+.01 seconds for every 50 points of ap). Possession means full control over the champion, including abilities, however not summoner spells. If the champion dies while being possessed, Pthagyro is stunned for 10 seconds and has %30 of his max hp removed. 120/110/100 second cooldown.
