Can we get this Ezreal skin some new particles?

I don't understand, he has only one skin (and that's an ultimate) with a particle change and all the rest are 720 outfit changes. Can we please get a mid tier Ezreal skin? Or get this new one a particle change? It's really disappointing that a champion with such potential is not having his skills taken advantage of for a cool skin.
