Luka, The Noxian Light

Lore: Born as the child to a servant, Luka grew up abused by his mother's master. Despite the way he was treated as a child, Luka grew to love the Noxian Values and behaviour. He respected Strength and Ambition over anything else and aspired to be like Darius or Draven who both recieved the peak of their positions. Studying to be an Archmage, he hoped one day, he could rule Noxus as High General. On a cold night, where his mother was joining him in his studies. The tattered books around him full of knowledge about magic, and ancient arts. This was where he was at peace.

The master had found him and his mother. "You think anyone cares about a weakling like you or your son?" the master shouted at Luka's mother. He hesitated. He almost ran. Almost. In an instant, he let loose a blinding light, incinerating his master. He paused thinking on what he had done. He should feel remorse for killing. He didn't ever wish that the Master had died. So how could he not even regret what he had done. And that is when it occured to him. Noxus is still weak. Despite Swain being the High General, and Darius leading the forces, Noxus was full of weaklings at the top. They were cowards who hid behind walls, and were afraid of facing an enemy.

After his revelation, his mother had claimed the Master's home, stating she had killed him, and that she deserved his house. No one disputed it. She was wealthy. And that is when Luka was approached by The Matron of the Black Rose. "You want the corruption to end? Then join me, and we can lead this world to a true utopia, one where corruption does not exist."

Luka continues to doubt who his allies and enemies are, but knows one thing. Noxus must become pure and of one mind, before it can become more powerful.

Refraction (Innate): Hitting an enemy champion with a basic ability marks them with Refractor for 3/5/7 seconds. Hitting an enemy champion with a basic ability that has been marked with Refractor causes the spell to bounce to the closest enemy, prioritizing champions. Additionally, Luka's spells have bonus effects when hitting an enemy with Refractor. (1/6/13)

Spectrum Cannon(Q): Fires a beam of light bouncing up to 3/3/5/5/7 times, dealing 80/105/130/155/180 + (0.7 AP) magic damage. If Spectrum Cannon kills it's target, it amplifies it's damage by 5%. Refractor: If an enemy champion marked with Refractor is hit by Spectrum Cannon at any point, Luka refunds half his current cooldown. Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 Range: 1000 Skillshot (350 bounce Range)

Radiant Flare (W): Fires a bright light directly at his enemy tethering them for 1 second, dealing 75/85/95/105/115 (0.8 AP) magic damage, silencing them for .5 seconds if they don't break the tether Refractor: If an Enemy champion is marked by Refractor, they are stunned .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds upon breaking the tether. Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 Range: 950 Autolock Tether Range: 1000

Shimmer (E): Surrounds a target in light before detonating it after 1 Second, dealing 25/70/115/160/205 (+0.7 AP) to all enemies around the target. If a champion is targeted with this spell, they cannot take damage from the detonation. Refractor: If the enemy is marked by Refractor, they take damage for being targeted by the ability. Mana Cost: 100/100/100/100/100 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12

Cleansing Brilliance (R): Passive: Refractor can mark 2/3/3 enemies at a time. 1st Activation: Luka begins to channel his ability, increasing his damage by 25/35/45%. During his 3 second channel, he can take other actions, including cast spells. If he is hit by any interrupt, the casting ends. 2nd Activation: Luka releases a beam of brilliant light engulfing an enemy dealing 300/400/500 (+0.7AP) magic damage to everyone around his target. Refractor: If the enemy has been marked with Refractor, they take 50% of this damage as true damage. Mana Cost: 100/100/100 Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds. Radius from Target: 500
