Cool but, kinda looks just like his current splash and should really just be his Visual update rather than a skin. That being said, there are many more champions that should get their VU's before Shen, who in all honesty barely needs a model update compared to many others.
I think Shen just stole Zed's mask since it looks pretty, while Zed's just scurrying around like......

I've seen this before, and man do I love the story this skin implies.
With Zed's mask, you can just tell Shen went down a dark path. It's so sick when you think about if.
I really don't see much of a difference between that and his normal skin. Is the point of this skin Shen using shadow powers?
I think people are totally misinterpreting this skin art and overlooking the details.
Look at Shen's hip on the right side, you can clearly see he cut Zed's head off. There is nothing about this that shows he has taken to the darkside and uses shadows. He essentially just killed his adopted brother, which is dark and gloomy but necessary for revenge.
You don't see him using "shadow powers" as some have pointed out, he's throwing his vorpal blade, he just has shadows around him which would make sense if he went back to his original temple where his father was slain to avenge his death. The whole place is corrupted and controlled by Zed.
Waldo is easy to find, once you see him one time, you never don't see him.
