Add the old 3v3 map for the the HEXAKILL featured game mode

With the removal of dominion the game is slowly growing to lack diversity, with the implementation of the custom game modes being rotated the game is trying to make up for that. However I personally miss the old twisted treeline and i would love to see it being re-implemented as a custom game mode for Hexakill if not be re-implemented permanently.
