Dameon: The Speed Demon
So I've always wanted a cool, really fast Champion, (besides Rammus of course) so i decided to create my own. And don't underestimate my meaning of "really fast" Here it is.
Dameon: The Speed Demon
A Little lore:
Dameon is a Demon from outer space, a planet which moves extremely fast around Runeterra, which is where his entire species gains their ability to move fast, their planet. Dameon later in his life became a renegade among his race. He then moved to Runeterra. Dameon lives in the alleyways of Cities traveling around Runeterra without a specific place to call home. Dameon wears blade-like disc roller skates which he uses to slice his enemies. (Pictures below)
New pool for bottom bar: "Speed"
Every slight movement gains Dameon "Speed". "Speed" actually increases Dameons overall movement speed as it gets higher. Dameons abilities also grant him additional "Speed". When Dameon uses an ability, it takes up a portion of his "Speed". There is 100 maximum "Speed".
His Abilities: (names not final)

Passive - Every minion or jungle mob killed grants Dameon additional "Speed".

Q - "Roundhouse Kick" : 10 "Speed" : Dameon swings his right leg in a large crescent in front of him, his kick goes through enemies dealing the most damage to the first impacted as it fades.

W - "Demon Breath" : 15 "Speed" : Dameon roars out in front of him in a cone, scaring and slowing enemies in his way.

E - "Low Sweep" : 25 "Speed" : Dameon slides forward in a long straight direction, dealing damage to all the enemies he slides through.

R - "Accelerate" : Uses up entire "Speed" bar once maxed: Dameon gains TONS of movement speed, damaging enemies he passes through. Dameon's speed is so fast it leaves a trail of demonic flames behind his path damaging enemies as well.
Another cool thing, is that sense he's a "Renegade" his first skin could most likely be a"Renegade Dameon" skin, with red lights and a hood with cut off sleeves or something cool.
His walk would just be him skating around the map, occasionally doing a small spin casually gliding back into his normal walk, maybe even with his hand in his pockets while he's out of combat.
His voice is very cool, and demonic sounding, almost like Greed from: Full Metal Alchemist (English). Like this video: (spoilers) Around 0:15 and **2:22 **for a more demonic sound.
