Eh... looks more like some kind of Catwoman-esque vigilante jumpsuit more than the dystopian cyberpunk PROJECT cyborgs.
I mean, it's not bad, just might be better off as its own thing rather than being PROJECT.
No, we have enough PROJECT skins. This should be called PROGRAM instead since there's only two champions of this skin line or be it's own title like. . . Yeah, I can't think of one
