Hextech/Steampunk Thresh

Is in dire need of a new skin! I thought maybe a hextech or steampunk Thresh would look cool. I've made a ruff concept of this idea, Possible Gear Placement General In Game General Splash I have no rights to any of the edited/original images. If anyone is good with photoshop, could you redo this (with gears/cogs) to look nicer? I did this with paint.net........ Thanks!
