Since the removal of the EXECUTIONERS CALLING ad champions have no way (excluding ignite) to apply grievous wounds. Which makes champions like Fiora, Warwick, Olaf, and other lifesteal tanks almost unkillable by anyone who builds straight ad. So maybe there should be another item similar to executioners, possibly an active that either: drains mana on hit to apply, or autos in the next 3 seconds apply grievous for 5 seconds (doesn't stack). Agreed. While Miss Fortune is a nice niche pick for that reason, Fizz will become a thing quicker than she will, and we don't need Fizz to become a thing.
I think a defensive variation could work as well, where taking damage applies GWs for like 1 second.
Are you trying to tell us that removing an item that noone ever bought affected the game's balance?

One of the many things that excited me with new patch actually. MY GUESS is that they're reworking it and atma's + the other items they removed into having a further upgrade.
