ARAM Rerolls

I just wanted to ask if we could get more rerolls in aram but only by stacking amount and maybe keep activation to 2 rerolls each game.I have found myself many time in a position where I start with 2 rerolls and always get good champions in a row and it's wasted that it does not charge up so I can save some for another time. It would be a nice idea to go along with the rumored 5 ban on each team ( 10 total ) update I believe.
