Ranked Games Quest bugged, help?

Greetings, I am currently in my 7th game of provisionals on Solo/Duo and I play solo mainly.There is a quest which tells me to play 9 ranked solo/duo games, it is currently stuck at 1/9. Obviously that is not the case, as I started playing now only for the quest. I have 3 wins and 3 loses and 1 Remake DC IMO.I have 4 days left for the quest and I really want the XP, any advice on how to fix this? ( It has been 0/9 for the past 3-4 days where I played my first ranked and now at 1/9 ) Please assist me.
