Pay attention to release, he's not getting a heartseeker skin. He's getting a high noon skin. Wild west, bandito ringo thing. Which in my opinion isactually kind of disappointing, minus the whole dead eye thing and some backround character.

I know but I dont see your point. He's coming out next week and Valentines Day isnt for another few weeks. Release dates dont have any bearing on future skins, Riot has said that themselves.
