Randuin the Kraken's Consultant
INTRO:
This is a champion concept of an auto-attack based mage. Randuin is low ranged hybrid who is good at dodging skillshots but he needs time to ramp up his damage.
LORE(work in progress):
Since he failed to get into the Order of the Kraken priests he is seen unworthy by Illaoi and other priests, yet Nagakabouros seems to think to differently blessing him with power that exceeds even the most skilled mages.
ABILITIES:
Passive "Kraken's Blessing" - Each consecutive AA hit on the same target does additional magic damage based on ability power. Scales indefinitely but breaks after hitting another target. Doesn't work on Monsters.
Q "Test of Will" - Randuins next basic attack does AOE around it's target dealing additional physical damage. Applies on-hit effects (Low cooldown, low mana cost, auto-attack reset)
W "Spirit Splash" - Randuin's spirit lashes out pushing enemies away from him in a cone. (Range- similar to Talon's W, medium cooldown, high mana cost, low damage)
E "Manifest of Faith" - Randuin blinks in a target direction (Fast , low range, high cooldown, three stack system, Medium mana cost)
R "Last Resorts" - Randuin binds his spirit with a spirit of his enemy, making him immune to that champion's CC as long they remain in range (HIgh mana cost, Medium range, starting cooldown relatively high and gets extremely low as it levels).
GAMEPLAY:
His main source of damage is his passive. His early game is relatively weak but safe allowing him to farm up and scale.

In late game he would switch his R targets rapidly disabling as much CC as possible, which would complement his kiting (also his E). His W is made to make him safe enough in the early game as well as a line of defense against assassins in the late game.
