Candied Lux

Candied : Because the only Lux skin with particles is meh at best and this might be a good champion for the holiday season.

Visual: Candied Lux would wear a white and red striped top. She'd have a red and white striped skimmer hat as well, along with a red bow tie. She'd retain the skirt, which would be a solid red. She'd wear the standard pants/tights, which would be white. She would also have white gloves. Lux's wand would be a giant candy cane.

Passive: Lux's passive appears as a gumdrop stuck to the enemy player.

Q: Lux throws a large piece of chocolate covered caramel which roots characters with a glob of caramel goop.

W: Lux's wand coats characters with a blue candy shell.

E: Lux throws a pink ball of bubble gum at the targeted location. It slowly inflates until the effect ends/is triggered. Upon detonation, it makes a soft 'pop' noise and disappears.

R: Lux's R does not change initially, but after the effect fades, Skittles fall from the rainbow animation for a brief period of time. The R could look like the image in the attachment. It's the actual Skittles logo, though, so it would need to be altered somewhat.

If any artsy people want to draw something up I wouldn't be opposed to it.
