If they want to buff Lux, just make it so her E doesn't cost more than her ult. She doesn't really need other buffs. She's a solid pick with good damage and strong throughout the game. If you're behind she has CC an a shield anyways.

I've started playing Lux a lot and I see why people actually say her mana is one of the biggest reasons she's being held back.
