Oh my god Riot. First I was super hyped and so happy that Diana was getting a Bloodmoon skin...

But my god. I've just seen the Bloodmoon Diana splash art... splash ARRRTTT. I think this is THE best splash art in the game to be fair, it looks so clear and detailed and realistic, my eyes are actually blessed right now. But there is one thing that intrigues me the most about this masterpiece of a splash art.

Diana doesnt actually look like a malevolent demon spirit, she actually looks... Sad? Dejected? Like shes been kicked out of the Lunari club,like shes betrayed her divine moon powers by taking part in this demonic ritualistic event, and because of that she has to live with becoming a blood moon demon spirit, contaminating the pure power that was once within her (the aspect), and now she has to live with it, hiding behind a mask.

SEE? THIS SPLASH ART IS FULL OF STORY AND EMOTION AND as a Diana main I LOVE THIS!!! THANK YOU RIOT!

But yeah, that's some really good art. League's artists (visual and audio alike) definitely don't get enough credit. I hope they get paid well at least.

Just fyi in case you didn't know the blood moon skins are based off the Ionian Festival of Fire and the Blood Moon. So they are an alternate reality of the characters attending said event, not them actually taking the form of demons but rather dressing as them.

Agreed that it is now my favourite LoL splash art. (Ok after 5th age Taric.)
