Fel’Sher, Waymaker of the Void

Passive: Beyond their grasp

Fel’Sher is not entirely in this world. When Fel’Sher is out of combat, enemy non-player controlled minions, monsters, and sight wards will not attack her or reveal her to the enemy.

Q: Void Tear

Fel’Sher creates a small portal in the air in front of her and another up to 400/600/800/1000/1200 units away from her facing target direction. Basic attacks from allies can be shot at portal, coming out second portal as projectiles in a cone at reduced range in the direction the portal was placed. Projectiles are empowered and do an additional 20/30/40/50/60(+10% ability power) magic damage and retain all on hit effects they started with.

Allies skill shots fired through first portal will come out second portal relative to the angle they went into the first portal.

Portal lasts for 6/8/10/12/15 seconds or until Fel’Sher dies.

Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 mana

Cooldown: 30

W: Phased Bolts

Passive: Basic attacks are piercing and deal (+35% ability power)(+80% total attack damage) magic damage instead of physical damage.

Active: For 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 seconds, Fel’Sher’s basic attacks range is increased by 300 and do (+75% ability power)(+100% total attack damage) magic damage instead of physical damage.

Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana

Cooldown: 40/35/30/25/20

E: Folded Reality

Fel’Sher creates a large portal in front of her and another within 300/450/600/750/900 units away. The portal starts with 2/2/3/4/5 charges. Allied champions can click on a portal to instantly teleport to the other end. Each use uses up one charge. Enemy Champions can attack the portal. Each attack destroys 1 charge. When the portal has no charges left or Fel’Sher dies, the portal is destroyed.

Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana

Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16

R: Fel’Rot Gate

Opens a void portal that spawns empowered voidlings every 3 seconds for 24/30/36 seconds. Allied champions can enter the portal, disappearing and becoming invulnerable and untargetable for 1.5 seconds. When they reappear, they are empowered by the void, gaining 30/50/80 magic damage on hit and 40/50/60 bonus movement speed. Ranged champion’s basic attacks become piercing and melee champion’s basic attacks deal 100% of their attack damage to nearby units for 12/18/24 seconds. The gate disappears if Fel’Sher dies.

Empowered voidlings deal 120/140/160 magic damage on hit every 2/1.5/1 seconds, prioritizing champions. Otherwise they act like Zz'Rot portal voidlings, but with no duration timer.

Lore:

Before the mages of Valoran opened the path between Runeterra and the void, there was only one way to escape the void. Fel’Sher, the Waymaker, was the only one who could open a path between realities. Thousands of years before the Rune wars, powerful voidspawn compelled Fel’Sher to send them to the frozen wastes of Runeterra, where they would build an army and open the path for the rest of the void to follow through. They were known as the frozen watchers by the Freljordians. After witnessing the failure and supposed destruction of her fellow voidspawn, she decided to take matters into her own hands. She eventually made a portal for herself, taking her to the heart of Valoran, where she would twist the minds of the local inhabitants and build her own army. This time, the slaves she made would not be strong enough to overpower her.

Description:

Fel’Sher is a nearly incorporeal being composed of void energy. She is more humanoid than most voidspawn. Her 6 hands each hold a portal ready to open. Her basic attacks are dark bolts that shoot out of the portals in her hands. She forms larger portals by pressing multiple small ones together in her hands. She floats above the surface of the world, leaving a dark haze in her wake. She has long black hair that drags behind her on the ground. She wears chitin armor for clothing, gleaming black plates of insect-like armor. (Kha’zix ish)

Fel’Sher is a squishy support marksman who excels at getting her team (or just their damage) to the back line of the enemy team. Although very squishy, she can safely harass from behind enemy waves with Void Tear and her piercing basic attacks. She can teleport short distances away along with her allies, making great escapes or chases. Her ult is perfect for sieging the enemy base, or just giving her team an extra push. With no cc, and no real damaging abilities, this is the key to helping her team. Alternatively her ult can be used to escape incoming damage, allowing for 1.5 seconds of safety to any champion who can click on it (and has not already used the portal)

Her passive allows her to safely roam, making incredible opportunities for her jungler to gank other lanes without seeing her, or her portals coming.

Her passive seems like a broken version of Eve's, but worthless at the same time since this is a support/mm champ instead of jungle. So she will never actually use her passive except when warding.
