I create new champions concepts almost everyday for a variety of games and spend time going into full detail with them or as much as I can.

Lets start this out with what she looks like (would get it drawn up if had the money) and then her stats will be next.

Name: Vinthia Title: The Nocturnal Nightmare

Age: unknown Size : Yordle size Looks: Vinthia has a small yordle sized body with large bat ears (similar to xayah but longer and wider) and large bat wings. She is airborne at all times (similar to how kayle is airborne with her wings). She wears a tribal looking outfit made of black wolf fur along with a shawl over her shoulders made from brown wolf fur. She has three bats hanging on her back sleeping. She has brown short hair in a semi bowl cut with turned out ends. Her eyes are orange. She has saber-tooth fangs. She has claws that extend from her hands (used in one of abilities explained below). She is barefoot.

Health:
600 ( +60 per level)

Health Regen: 6 ( + 0.60 per level)

Attack Damage:
60 ( +3.0 per level)

Attack Speed: NaN ( +3.6 per level)

Armor: 30 ( +3.6 per level)

Magic Resist: 30 ( + 0.6 per level)

Movement Speed: 330

Vinthia is the first every melee marksman with ranged melee autos (this also makes her a unique champion with access to use both ranged only and melee only items at the same time)

Her auto attacks send out a bat to attack her enemies from range but if an enemy is close enough to her she will also slash them and have a bat attack at the same time (2 autos for one attack cast --- best not to get to close)

                                                                                                **ABILITIES**

Passive ( Taste of life) Vinthia gains health back from all damage she deals. (gains 3% of all damage she deals until level 6 which turns into 6%) When at full health all self health gain from damage fills her blood pouches. Vinthia has three blood pouches. (blood pouches have 600 "health storage" and the 3/6% health she would normally get is used to fill them when she is at full health)

Q ( Quench ) Cost: 30 Mana range: 360

Vinthia dashes forward biting and slashing all enemies in her path.

Vinthia's dashes forward dealing 30/60/90/120/160 ( +60% bonus attack damage) pyshical damage. If Quench deals the final blow to an enemy champion, Large, or Epic monster Vinthia heals for 6% of their total health. With one full blood pouch this moves cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds. cooldown 7/7/6/6/4 (can be used to go over walls)

W ( Wicked Wings) Cost: 60 mana Range: 600

Vinthia spreads her wings and dives to a target location damaging all enemies in her path.

Vinthia's dives to a target location dealing 25/30/40/50/60 ( +30% bonus attack damage) physical damage. With two full blood pouches this move cast a trail behind Vinthia's path that last 3 seconds after she reaches her target location and grants allies who pass through it 3% bonus movement speed for 6 seconds. cooldown 18/15/12/9/6 (can be used to get over walls)

E ( Extractor Nest ) Cost: 30 mana Range: 300

Vinthia leaves behind one of her bats to make a nest and scout an area for her.

Vintha leaves behind a bat in a target location that last 60 seconds. The bat takes 3 seconds to settle in place. If an enemy walks into the bats nest (detection radius 300) the bat will attach to the enemy for 20/30/40/50/60 seconds dealing 6/12/24/48/60 physical damage every 20 seconds and then fill a blood pouch equal to 12% of the total damage it dealt after it detaches from the enemy. Vinthia only is granted vision of the enemy the entire time the bat is attached. Casting Extractor Nest with a nest already set with replace the currently placed nest with the new one With three full blood pouches Vinthia's nest last for 180 seconds and grant all allies vision of the attached target along with nearby enemies to the attached enemy (120 radius of attached target). Cooldown 24/21/18/15/12

R ( Ravenous Swarm ) Cost: 300 mana Range: 600

Vinthia awakens all the bat hidden within her shawl to swarm and attack her foes. She then rewards them by feeding them with her blood pouches.

Vinthia's bats swarm the area around Vinthia dealing 30/45/60 ( +6% AD) physical damage per second and 4/5/6 magical damage per second to the enemies within the area. Duration 6 seconds. Gains an extra 2 seconds per full blood pouch. (12 second total ultimate time with all three blood pouches full) With one full blood pouches enemies are stunned for .6 seconds at Ravenous Swarm's activation. With two full blood pouches enemies are inflicted with grievous wounds while within Ravenous Swarm's area of effect With three full blood pouches allies within Ravenous Swarm's area of effect are granted 6% life steal Ravenous Swarm fully drains all blood pouches after used. Cooldown 90/75/60


Biography

She awoke one day in darkness unable to see what was around her and her throat was dry and her body stiff. Suddenly a sound rumbled around her and she was joined by hundreds if not thousands of tiny creatures; they clung to her and nuzzled against her, she welcomed them and held them close. Another sound this time loud but softer then before filled her surroundings. A larger creature this time, it settled not far from Vinthia, she knew this the tiny ones clinging knew as well as they moved in excitement before falling off Vinthia. After her passengers left her side her nose picked up a scent, something familiar and pleasing. She licked her lips to the smell and not long after the larger creature, much bigger than herself, brushed her and left something at her feet. Reaching down to investigate she felt a mildly warm and soft item before her, it leaked a liquid from the many punctures in its form. It was this liquid now on her hands that she felt so close to. Quenching her thirst and wetting her throat she lapped at the liquid tell her hands were clean. Shapes came to her vision along with the color in her eyes, they felt as if they hadn't already been open. Her now orange hues cut through the darkness with ease; before her stood a large monstrous bat; beneath one of its feet was a deer no longer moving as her tiny companions drank from it. After satisfying their own thirst the little bats returned to Vinthia to cling once more to her.

Within her cave she did not venture out. Day after day the large guardian would leave and her tiny friends would follow close behind. Winged but yet unable to fly Vinthia waited. First to return as always she would happily play with and groom her miniature family members as they all waited for mother to return with food. Until one day a head splitting hurricane of noise broke the peace of their home; at the mouth of her domain stood a group of men and women armed with rifles and swords. Mother could not flee fast enough and her hunters had first strike. Fighting back until only a few remained mother gave her all to protect her children. In fear to which lead to rage Vinthia could not hide any longer; she opened her wings and for her first flight she Wickedly dove at her home invaders Quenching her thirst many times over.

After morning her loss Vinthia set out to taste what life had to offer. Traveling the lands of Runeterra for as long as she can remember and long enough for her to become a folk story warning to keep the young safe. Through her travels of Runeterra she begun to take residency in places filled with magic she felt very close to them almost as if closer to her true home. She would enter near buy towns wrapped in a wolf fur shawl and cloths disguised as a child; she would sit around he markets to listen to peoples story and spot those committing crimes. In the night she would prey on those who did high misdeeds and thus the story of the Nocturnal Nightmare came about.


STORY

"Stay away from the dark side of the forest its a dangerous place to go." Mother said to me with a harsh tone as our carriage passed by the forest on the way back toward town. "I know I know or else the nightmare will get me." I spoke peaking up over the edge from inside. "Your mother doesn't know a damn thing boy, she is just trying to spook you so that later you will get to bed when she wants you to. Pay her no mind she is just telling crazy tales of the old times." My father carelessly exclaimed pulling the carriage up to the inspection gate. "You should be the most fearful" muttered mother under her breath barely enough for my ear to catch her words. "Ma why is the nightmare so scary anyways, whenever I have one I just wake up and come lay with you and pa and it goes away wouldn't it be the same with the one in the forest?" I didn't fully understand how a bad dream was as scary as she wanted me to believe. "This nightmare is different, this nightmare walks the land like we do. It hunts down the people who walks in its dark home no one knows why but some say it can sense your cruelty and evil and it wants to cleanse the world of it." She brushed my hair aside with a single hand while lifting the carriage canopy with the other to let the guards inspect our luggage. "Whats in here?" The guard tapped his spear point to a locked crate closet to my father up front. "Oh that there is just family heirloom passed down from my great great grandfather. Keep it locked up to keep it from getting damage. Its more fragile than a stained glass church window." A single trickle of sweat rolled down his face, one would think it strange if not for the hot day and clear skies letting the sun touch all. "Carry on then." Stepping aside the guards let my family in, meanwhile mother continue her tale. "They say the nightmare has teeth bigger than a dragons, eyes that can paralyze you, and illusions to make you go mad." Mother was dancing around our carriage at this point making gestures so strange outsiders would think she was a mad as my father did.

While my mother laid down to rest off the heat my father took me with him to the market as normally did. It was there I kept my fathers biggest secret. He traded arms and magics to criminals hiding in the city. We didn't need the money my father was just greedy. I played with my normal friends as usual, this time there were three new kids, not all of them played with while we kicked the ball around. "Come boy we have to get ready for the late night." grabbing me by the back of me shirt my father pulled me away from the fun.

Late into the night my father woke me, pulled me into the carriage and kissed my mother goodbye, he told my mother we were going to sell the rest of our spice supply to a hearty buyer. We arrived outside the walls of the city and to the forest edge just as the moon reached the top of the sky. "Do you have what we asked for?" A large bearded man stepped out of the shadows to greet my father. "I do right here" My father opened the chest he had locked in carriage giving the man a peak "Perfect, with this book of spells we can start the push for our equality. but we need someone to test them on." My heart pounded in my ears the mans gaze looked my way. "Take him, I'll tell his mum we got double crossed and he didn't make it, just make sure you rush me up a small bit to make it believable." I felt my fathers hand in the middle of my back as he pushed me forward. "How could you?"I thought in silence fighting to get free of group of men who stepped forth to take me.

A hiss broke the silence, my father and the men looking around in confusion. Then behind one man low to the ground two orange eyes broke the darkness. Yet before the men could move the eyes were above them circling in the tree tops never blinking. Jumping and letting a cry of pain one of the men held his arm. "What was that?" he questioned looking at his arm; blood ran down it from two small wounds. "Just a mosquito" my father try to shake away the mans fears and hurry to collect his pay. "I don't think a mosquito leaves maaaarrrr." Before I could blink the man was gone into the darkness. "Where did he gooaa." Another whisked away. One by one each of the men were till leaving only the leader, my father and I. It was then their bodies dropped from the tree tops pale and lifeless a swarm of bats followed after making everything dark. When I could finally see again a girl I recognized from the market was standing in front of me, it was only her and I. She was dressed in furs and hid all but her face and bare feet. "Wh-Where did they go, what happened?" I was in shock that I could even speak past the shock I felt. "Beware the nightmare" It was all she spoke to me before leaving into the dark.


Best Role(s) Vinthia is best in as jungle first then Mid and last ADC. She has great sustain for the jungle and very good gank potential and escape. Her sustain is what allows her option to work mid and adc.


Best Item builds

Jungler 1: item 1419 item 3085 item 3087 item 3053 item 3812 item 3153 This build lets you have life steal with attack speed to get in with your Q and W and stay very sustained since all the damage on multiple targets with hurricane and static shiv will also give healing for her passive. Jungler 2: item 1419 item 3053 item 3812 item 3074 item 3072 item 3153 This builds is basically a less attack speed heal build magic resit heal build when not as jungler: item 3065 item 3053 item 3812 item 3074 item 3072 item 3153 the spirit visage is to mainly increase her healing for her passive and give some extra health

There are other builds that could be good with her but those are just a few I thought of.

Idk what's the point of this really

Her auto attacks send out a bat to attack her enemies from range but if an enemy is close enough to her she will also slash them and have a bat attack at the same time (2 autos for one attack cast --- best not to get to close)

You haven't defined the ranges of her ranged and melee so I don't know what they are but I can still easily offer some criticism based on the kit:

  1. 2 autos for one attack is ridiculously broken(you don't even have any damage reduction for the second attack like with Lucian, and luc has to proc skills for this) I also found it funny you didn't go on-hit guinsoo in none of your builds (though you did include bork) which would most likely be the most effective build out of them all considering this passive.

  2. You have a ranged champ with two dashes granting her ridiculous mobility for a ranged (it could make sense if her range damage was significantly lower than the melee, but as is now you have her ranged at the power of a regular adc and her melee as a turbo dps)

  3. Ranged champ with not gated internal lifesteal that not only doesn't get punished for not kiting but actually gets rewarded with more dps if someone closes the distance into melee seems super counter intuitive.

When at full health all self health gain from damage fills her blood pouches. Vinthia has three blood pouches. (blood pouches have 600 "health storage" and the 3/6% health she would normally get is used to fill them when she is at full health)

Kinda like the idea, but you had her jungle which this wouldn't work in, she'd stack this faster if free hitting minions in lane(they don't fight back), in jungle you'd constantly hover above 90% but below 100% so you'd only stack it on the first hits dealt. Then again you have her so overwhelmingly packed with lifesteal she'd probably just walk around on full forever in the jungle but that wouldn't be allowed in league and she'd get nerfed.

Idk the range of this, but dashing THROUGH enemies seems to imply the dash is quite far. which seems unbalanced with such a low cd, not even mentioning it's only one of two dashes on her kit.

Idk the range again, but seems to be far since it's implying damaging enemies in a longer path. Damage seems low but the important part is the dash so w.e

wtf is this supposed to be? why does it go down to 6, having her two dashes at a 4 and 6 cd at midgame?

Idk the total duration of the attach effect, this:

dealing 6/12/24/48/60 physical damage every 20 seconds

seems to imply it's actually longer than 20, which is actually SUPER LONG already(Illaoi ghost duration's considered too long and it's 12 seconds) for most players it'd just make it SUPER annoying, for high tier play it'd track someone for ridiculously long, fucking over enemy junglers ridiculously with the vision (If you want a comparison with a skill with similar function, Nidalle traps that grant vision on targets who step on them have the duration of 4 seconds)

I like the idea of blood pouches boosting this, the grievous wounds being internal is a no no (Riot's been removing them from kits for a while now)

The mana cost I don't get (I guess you wanted to give it a high cost because all of the skills drain so little mana?) most ults just drain a flat 100 to make it easier to keep track off.

The visuals I could see being cool, though the theme is kinda bland (we got vlad as a hemomancer, and eve as a demon succubus, a vampire seems to pale in comparison since it's so tropey, lacks a twist)

idk why you'd recommend builds honestly, but hey knock yourself out.
