Traditional Fiora Skin (PLZ)

The Champion Update for Fiora is a very well designed kit. I have great feelings towards the mechanical side of the update but not appearance of her classic model. I wanted Fiora to use the same classic skin before she was given the new one. I wanted to see if Fiora can get a traditional skin like Sejuani and Trundle. So this way the veteran Fiora players can still use the old classic but still have the new one on the side. I personally have all of Fiora's skins and I really loved using the old classic more than the skins. If she can get a "Traditional Fiora" skin I would be very happy, especially since she hasn't gotten a skin in a long time. But I was also curious, who else would like to see this happen?

Riot no longer makes traditional skins. (Or at least plans to.)

Because they think they can "honor the older champion(s) in a better way."

I literally do not know how you can honor the older champion in a better way than traditional skins.

I actually find this quite interesting. so far, I have left precisely 0 comments on anything. but this, I feel I must say something about. A lot of champions have gotten VU's (in the form of skins that cost RP) that fit their champions identity really well (SG udyr, captain fortune, final boss veigar, even captain GP, and im sure there is many others). I would be willing to bet that the reason this VU isn't completely up to scratch is because from the get go riot knew they wouldn't be making any actual money off this update. they probably just threw it together and said to their designers "hey, don't worry too much about this one it isn't worth anything anyways". that being said, thank you for fixing the hair. But, if your VU is going to be worse than what it was, please just leave it alone.

In short, bring back the old fiora skin. But, now I cant stress this enough, KEEP this new kit. I love the kit.

EDIT:One more thing I forgot to note. The old fiora looked like someone I could be cool with, be friends with if she were real. New skin looks like someone I would hate with a firey passion. Not sure if anyone else gets this vibe, but that's what I'm feeling

I also have all the Fiora skins.

I HATE the shoulder growth and odd looking cape. I want my tri-cape that flows over her body back! And for the love of god fix the walk animation.

In other words I 1000% support getting a classic skin like I have for Sejuani.

Really... just fix the walk animation and give me a traditional skin and it would solve all my complaints. (Beyond waiting for a bio)

I want this one so bad. The new splash art is just bleh. It's like those other ugly SA "upgrades" the community didn't complain hard enough about like Ahri's.

I second the OP except for the Night-raven skin. And her walk cycle? Seriously?

I'm willing to learn the new skills and play style, even though, I can already tell I'm not going to like them as much, but why did you have to turn her into a prancing gazelle? She feels less like a honorable fence and more like a magic pixie. I am so very disappointed with this update. Little by little, Riot is destroying what few characters I actually enjoy playing in their game.

Indeed. Fiora's old splash art was the best in the game. Her old model was awesome too, with the three-part semi-cape and the Demacia symbol. Also, I don't think any other champions sport white and gold. (Or is it blue and black? (yes, dumb meme))

I don't even play Fiora (though I've wanted her for quite a while), but I will say this; There was nothing more intimidating than pushing a minion wave and suddenly seeing Fiora uncovered by the fog of war, poised and ready to assassinate you in a mere few seconds. I feel like her new classic skin just doesn't have that same intimidating feel to it. It doesn't give you that shiver down your spine like you're getting punished in fifth grade detention by the headmistress of your academy. Seriously, can't tell you how many games I'd been in where Fio was roaming and came to gank my lane and I had that feeling xD. The new skin just doesn't have that serious touch. It's just so bland...

There's one match that stands out in my mind where I was playing Teemo bot, and she was just standing below the tri bush by red side outer tower, and I was like...

I own all the Fiora skins and sometime before the rework I thought to myself one game. "This skin looks so good I would have bought it if I had to." That skin is the original pre-rework look. My thought of that still stands.

If anything they can actually Rename her old classic to "Armored Fiora". I remember Fiora was supposed to get a skin like that in the past but it was edited and renamed to Night Raven.

Ok I legitimately cannot tell why you people dislike the new Fiora models. People keep saying they want a traditional Fiora skin, but why? Her new outfit is different is literally only reason I can find as to why people dislike it.
