Riot - Consider bringing back "The Greater Vision Totem"

Today I was playing a game with a few friends and we had a fun/difficult game, but I noticed something that I feel should be addressed.

The enemy team had a Vayne who was destroying our bot lane allies and I(Fiora) was the only one who could deal with Vayne in terms of damage.

Later on in the game I was noticing I couldn't purchase any item without replacing another item in my build to deal with her stealth mode.

Alot of people can say that the team should be helping me deal with her as well, but I shouldn't have to factor in trust when it was my job to deal with her(especially when I know I can).

I had to make a difficult decision between choosing a Defensive Item or a Vision Ward.

It used to be I can buy an upgraded Sweeping lens to reveal her or purchase a Greater Vision Totem but yet still have my defensive item without any drawbacks.

It is very inconvenient that the only counter measure to stealth is only through a ward and not a trinket.

I find it destructive when I need to replace a 6th offensive/defensive item for a 75 Gold pink Ward.

I could say Vayne is very strong at the moment, but I don't really believe that.

I do believe the changes in Vision made it alot harder to deal with champs like her.

Rengar for example can be the difference between a win or a throw in a late game scenario, and a squishy champion with a 6 item build will have very few tools to deal with him when he approaches in with his stealth.

Would It be possible to bring back the anti-stealth trinkets, or perhaps make an item like the Ruby sight stone that only dispenses Vision wards?

Another Suggestion I could think of is possibly putting an enchantment on boots that can act as a sight stone and select either the Stealth Ward or the Vision Ward.
