A Fix to the Support Gold Problem

What if they had an item, like the Ruby Sightstone, that would give you extra gold for Assists? It obviously cant be an item that would be useful to other positions, which is why I wouldn't suggest the feature to be added to the support items which have other useful stats. The only people who really ever buy Ruby Sightstone are supports and potentially a tank from top lane. This might be a possibility to add gold bonus on the Ruby Sightstone item, or to make an item which has that feature.
