Request to make Ability Icons as Summoner Icons (Riot PLS)

Hello, my name is Hipuru and I have been playing League for 2 seasons now. I've come to thoroughly enjoy the game as I continue to learn to become a better player. Over the time I have had many many different ideas for further enjoyment of the game many of which I understand I cannot have any influence or any power to create, and many that I feel can be very plausible and exceptional additions to the League of Legends experience that I could share but I feel like this addition to League is one of the highest on my list of enjoyment factors to League of Legends. The thing that I greatly feel should be added very soon for players to further enjoy the game and the Champions they play on a deeper level is the addition to allowing players to make Champion's Ability and/or Passive Icons their Summoner Icons as well.

 I'm sure it is no surprise to anyone that recently Riot has been making Champion and Skin line Summoner Icons a very frequent and more abundant addition to champion or skin purchases. I for one really do enjoy expressing my love for a champion or Skin line through wearing the Summoner Icon to further show my love and mastery of a particular champion that I play. Sometimes though, I feel even with the Summoner Icon I wear I may not always give a clear message for what exactly I like about the champion I play. For example I wear the Cosmic Reaver Kassadin skin Summoner Icon, this obviously shows I have a certain appreciation for Kassadin and the skin but players may not necessarily know why I like Kassadin all that much also it being Kassadin's only representative Summoner Icon I feel there should be more for me to show the appreciation towards the champion.

So I personally feel that allowing players to wear a Summoner Icon of their favorite champion's ability or passive will give players something more to work towards while playing a champion. As someone is leveling up a champion's mastery level I feel the player should be rewarded an Icon, one for each level they gain and one for playing the champion for the first time making a total of 8 champion ability and/or passive Icons to gain while leveling up a champion. I feel much like how the Chromas gave players additional content to spend their IP or Essence on I feel this feature can be treated the same way and would be a very fun way to express the love of a champion through wearing the Icon associated with the passive or abilities of that champion.

 Another reason why I say Riot should add this feature is because I feel like a lot of Riot's work goes underappreciated and usually is passed off as something they need to do in order to make the game feel more fresh. For example, Fizz's old Ability and Passive Icons looked very old for a time then when the Assassin update hit they updated Fizz's ability and passive Icons. As a Fizz main I was so very grateful for the refreshing update not only to Fizz's gameplay but also to his aesthetics (Ability Icons and Passive) so much so that I want so badly to wear them as a Summoner Icon. I feel like a lot of these champion updates are making the game look way better than it ever has and I would thoroughly enjoy the game more if Riot did something like this someday.
