Champion concept, a ranged Rakkor.

I don't see them getting the latter anytime soon unless he/she is working for Diana but a Rakkor archer of any ranged attack would be a fitting additon to them with Leona being a support.
Truth be told i thought of this awhile ago but out of fear of it not being accepted it never posted the idea. I really feel like Kalista's kit should of been used to make a Rakkor IMO a Rakkor Kalista skin would be pretty awesome IMO.
So if a Ranged Rakkor is to be made they must keep the the style of their kin.
- Pretty good CC.
- Mobility that requires them to have a target to aim for.
- Very annoying opponents.
- The ability to start fights
- A decent amount of safety at all levels.
Really it would just be easier to make a Kaslista Rakkor skin. I'm going to make a thread about that next but i hope Riot takes this into consideration.
