Skin Concept: Cosmic Reaver Kha'zix

Well I know that the Cosmic Reaver Kassadin skin is coming out. But whats the point of having this skin without the real reaver not have this skin. I think this skin is fantastic for Kha'zix because this skin is part of his name title and the skin effects would look great on him for his abilities.
